I recently met with Dr Hall, he was very courteous, explained everything. Had great experience, appointment was setup within a few weeks and I am going back to have a procedure.
Waited 6 mths for appointment took an 8hr pto day to attend on time and drove 1hr 15in to arrive and be told he wasn't seeing patients today ! I think they should reimburse me for a no call no show ! How inconsiderate. I would expect a better standard of care from Mayo !
