He is very down to earth, you feel you have known him all your life. He listens to your concerns and is not in big hurry like some doctors are. He knows his stuff well …. Highly recommended

I have been seeing Dr. Furman for 15 plus years. He is amazing! He makes you feel comfortable and answers all your questions. I highly recommend making an appointment with him.
Plain spoken, great communicator, easy to discuss issues with both he or his staff. I understand he is busy, but when topics are out of his field, he knows other Docs to recommend.

Dr. Furman is a "down to earth" kind of guy. He speaks TO you not AT you. I have only met one other Dr. whom I would put on a list of Great Dr's. So often Dr's present themselves as condescending and superior. And although they have the God given gift of knowledge about many medical things, it is also important for them to treat people as if they were servants. After all we pay their wages. I’ve known Furman for years and he has always listened to me when explaining an issue or concern. I never feel dismissed, even when I was a new patient. He listens to my whole spiel in its entirety before making a conclusion.

Dr Furman examined my eye, explained very clearly in laymen terms so that I understood what was going on. He then referred to a specialist who immediately treated me. I am so thankful for Dr Furman and his staff.
I scheduled a routine visit with Dr. Furman. I was able to get in quickly and he and his staff are always very friendly. He addressed any concerns that I had. I have been a patient of his for a few years now and would highly recommend Dr. Furman.
