I have been impressed with the procedures being followed although there are only a couple additions to what is done beyond what they have always done in the past. The office and work cells have always been clean and sanitized between customers. Things that are different; no wait in the lobby, covid testing questions and temp reading and wearing of mask for everyone. Good job team!
