Let me just start off with saying that I would always recommend this office. I have been going there since about 2011. The staff and doctor Stephenson are very sweet and professional. However, today I had a not so pleasant visit. To make a long story short, my hygienist was not really pleasant or gentle. I left there with my mouth in pain. I've been seeing Dr. Stephenson for the past 18 years. He removed my wisdom teeth before I went to college and I have had countless cleanings with him since then. Always a pleasant experience. You won't find a better dentist than him.
My family is has been going here for years and they have always been professional. When my daughter had 4 teeth pulled and the bleeding didn't stop over the weekend, we were able to reach out and talk to Dr. Stephenson . He also called on Monday to check on her. Could not ask for a better team.
I called to schedule a cleaning (I'm a current patient) and was told they can't get me in until January. It is currently late June. I asked if there was another dentist that could refer me to, and they said no. WHAT ON EARTH.
