Matt isn't very good at his job. Assistants handle the lions share of crown prep because Matt is greedy and overbooks. He seems to enjoy causing massive amounts of pain. If you complain, they don't care. Dawn the office manager is not trustworthy at all. If she tells you something chances are it isn't true.
Front desk lies and is extremely difficult to deal with in any fashion. Very untrustworthy. They only interested in your money. I got scammed into buying things I didn't need. I'm going to contact my insurance company about them. Might sue or at least report them to the better business bureau.
Rude front desk. Prices are insane. Crowns shouldn't cost $1600. He says he's a religious guy who wants everyone to have great dental care, but prices like that are funny way of showing it.
Assistants do a ton of the work because the dentist overbooks. Its a weird place because they do no follow up or mention anything about aftercare. Offices are carpeted which is just gross. Considering they charge quite a bit more than other dentist, you'd think the office would be nicer.
Terrible at pain management. No follow through. Doesn't listen.
I've been in constant pain since coming here.
