Dr. Bakos came in and seemed very rushed. Didn’t seem interested in answering questions fully, put down another provider in front of me. Very unprofessional and cocky in my opinion. I came for a consultation for laser treatment for spots on my face. I was told to come back in the winter. When I tried to schedule, they said they had no notes on which laser to use and would need another consultation. Wait times in the office are terrible. Expect a half an hour to an hour extra wait time. Scheduling is difficult as well.
I recently saw Dr. Bakos as a first time patient. The office staff was friendly, efficient & I was pleasantly surprised there was no wait time. Dr. Bakos was prompt for my appointment & I found him to be friendly, professional & very knowledgeable, plus he took the time to address my concerns & answer any questions I had. Overall, I was very pleased with my first experience & would definitely recommend Dr. Bakos to others for their dermatology needs.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, Dr. Bakos is very professional and knowledgeable,he explain's everything to you in detail about your condition. Highly recommended in my book.
Acne scarring patient. Laser used in my face scarred me with small holes all over. Dried me out, can't wear make up anymore. Dots make lines that make me look old.
Dr. Bakos is very knowledgeable and helpful. He always fully explains any diagnosis he gives and the treatment he is providing. He is extremely friendly and so is his staff. I would recommend him a million times over.
Called to change an appointment, Was put on hold by staff. After 20 minutes of hold, I hung up and re-called. To my surprise (since office was supposed to be open till 5:00), the phone was answered by the Medical Society. They told me "Oh they left early because of the holiday." So they closed the office and left a caller on hold -- it says a whole lot about the staff priorities.
Very nice and smart. Down to earth, always remembered my name.
Dr. Bakos is very personable, knowledgeable, and up to date with current trends. I've had several (cosmetic)procedures done over the past 6years. All had great results. Highly recommend.
