Thorough eye exams, caring optometrist, excellent experience over many years.
I went to see her at Americas best because my normal eye doctor couldn’t see me and I had a raging eye infection. I was so impressed with dr Greenslait, she immediately gave me a prescription and sent me to a specialist to treat my infection. She even got me in for several follow up visits to make sure things were healing correctly. Thanks to her recommendations and acting so quickly my infection cleared up. I will now be seeing her for my yearly eye exams. Thanks Dr!
Dr. Kate Marmelo's over self confidence obviously over powers her actual professional abilities since she stated she can see patient's eye condition & diseases just by using her flashlight examining the eyes, even stating dilation not even needed. Unfortunately,she was very wrong and gave multiple, completely erroneous/negligent diagnoses, missing serious sight costing eye diseases, which was confirmed by two other eye physicians. I have been a patient of Dr. Parker for 15 years. I went to see him today and was abused by a staff member. I was having a test done and the woman performing the test told me I was moving too much. I was not moving at all. She was moving the machine and blaming me. This test was hurting my eye, so I said no more tests. She told me that was the doctors decision. rushed, not thorough, was told I had to go to a specific place to have my cataract surgery and this did not feel appropriate
I had an eye exam today at Lens Crafters in the Gardens Mall. Dr. Plum was friendly, and very knowledgeable. He showed me a few things in the retinal scan which were not a problem for me, but just interesting - for my own learning. I would recommend him without hesitation.
Dr. Plumb has the latest technology at his fingertips which, along with his attention to the tiniest detail, has resulted in the best prescription (clearest vision) I have ever received. I have worn glasses for over 50 years! I have the upmost confidence in him and his staff.
Appointment next day. Waited 5 minutes about. Thorough exam eye pressure ,Glaucoma, complete screening. Appreciated the extensive explanation including possibilities of seeing images or floaters and what they mean. Very satisfied. You don’t realize how important this is until you there
I highly recommend Dr Plumb for optometric needs. As a patient for many years, I appreciate that he and team are always on-time, friendly, efficient, and thorough. The doctor takes the time to ensure an accurate evaluation and prescription, and explains his findings and any follow up required.
