They called me the day before my first dental cleaning appointment, and insisted that I have X-rays done. I already had x-rays from 6 months ago, but they wanted to do additional x-rays (without even seeing me) that my insurance wouldn't cover (it only covers x-rays once every 12 months). They refused to see me if I didn't agree to the additional x-rays. I refused and they cancelled my appointment. Horrible, $$-stealing tactics.

Do you understand that feeling when you’ve hit the number? Dr. Facet is that for me! She is about a healthy mouth! I can’t believe the attention she gave to my mouth. She is the G.O.A.T. She clearly loves her work because that level of attention only happens from someone that does. She intends to do it right. I’m still in shock! You simply don’t get that kind of service anymore. I have always had anxiety about going to the dentist and Dr. Facet, and her staff, endeavor to make me feel comfortable. She explains what she is going to do, has helped me figure out ways to be calmer and does all of this with a great sense of humor. She is a competent and caring professional!
