I was so nervous when I checked in for my first colonoscopy procedure but after meeting with Dr. Kashi, she really made me feel at ease. She was very pleasant and professional and answered the questions and concerns I have. Her whole staff were amazing. It felt like I just went in, took a half hour nap and woke up- no discomfort whatsoever. I highly recommend Dr. Kashi.
After waiting months to get in, my appointment was canceled. I waited 2 more weeks. It was canceled again. When I went it surprise, you are not seeing the doctor, you are seeing a nurse. Wow, I did not ask for an appointment with a nurse, I asked for an appointment with a doctor. I really feel like they just do not care.
Wow! She was terrific today! Her bedside manner was terrific! The procedure went super smooth. She made me and my wife feel comfortable and at ease.

I was hoping that Dr Kashi would be able to help me, I had been chronically constipated for 7 years. But she wouldn't even talk to me. I first saw a nurse & filled out my medications, then talked with an intern & told her about my issues. Then Dr Kashi came in and told me what she wanted me to do - take 2 Colace twice a day & come back in a month. Excuse me? I was looking for a Dr who would listen to ME & talk with me, not to the intern and nurse. I never went back.
