The front desk is awful and running loyal patients away, as well as the representative that calls on behalf of Dr. Missack she only condones the behavior by upholding the bad judgment and defending the lies the unprofessional front desk personal (for a lack of words) displays to patients..... TIME TO CLEAN HOUSE...…Doctors amazing, the staff HORRIBLE. UNPROFESSINAL and extremely UNEMPATHETIC, and liars.
I have been a patient of Dr. Mary Missack since I was in my late 20's, she has always been attentive and caring no matter what the circumstance. My family has even suffered several loss's in one year and she was so empathetic and took the time to check on each of us individually. I also went through a stressful divorce and she made sure I stayed mentally and physically healthy, these are some of the reasons it pains me to have to research for a new physician because her staff is cruel and unempathetic towards anything but th... read more
