The doctor upped my dose of medication and my insurance would approve the whole prescription without speaking with the doctor and I've been waiting almost 2 weeks for an answer but apparently everytime I call there is noone in the office. So I'm assuming there is never anyone there.... of you are looking for a doctor I would definitely find a different one. They are terrible....
Dr. Riccelli was recommended to me for my teenage daughter. When I went to the office to fill out paperwork I asked them not to photocopy my military ID card. I was told it would not be copied. When my driver's license and ID card were handed back I asked if my military ID card was photocopied. The girl hesitated and admitted she did copy it.
