They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. Did this OBGYN thoroughly review your medical history before examining you? They asked the basic questions Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but its hard to find

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Did this OBGYN thoroughly review your medical history before examining you? Yes, they were extremely thorough Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert!

Did this OBGYN thoroughly review your medical history before examining you? Yes, they were extremely thorough Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did this OBGYN knock before entering the exam room? Yes
