Very knowledgeable Doctor and Staff. Highly recommend
I thought Dr. Kerns was more focused on discussing me with the Resident than she was in talking to me about the issue I was having. She barely addressed me directly. Wait time was long. I would not recommend this doctor.
From the moment I walked into the office (located in Riverside Methodist Hospital) the staff was very helpful and friendly. I waited no more than 15 minutes before I was called back into a room and was promptly met by Dr. Kern shortly after meeting with her assistant to answer new patient questions (what I'm being seen for, symptoms, etc.) Dr. Kern was thorough and took time to look at me and ask about previous methods of treatment I've tried and discussed the multiple options of treatment she recommended.
