My children have been patients at Ahwatukee Pediatrics since their birth in 2001. The office is extremely professional and personal. Dr. Kutler has become a friend to my children and they look forward to their annual check-ups as well as any other necessary visits. Dr. Kutler and her staff never talk down to the children, and always take the time to explain everything to them in an age appropriate manner. Wow - I am surprised by the negative reviews. I have been taking my 3 children to Dr. Kutlers office for years. I dont think she is rude -- she is very direct -- a no-nonsense doctor. She may not be touchy-feely but she knows her stuff. She has gone to bat for us when we were having difficulty getting cooperation and appropriate attention from a specialist, and she takes the time to speak directly to and get input from older children. I have never felt rushed out of her office. I am very satisfied.
As a first time mom you have many questions and I was made to feel like a Hypochondriac mother after only 2 extra visits that they recommend after I had called to ask a question. The front of the office staff are nice but the doctors are very Rude! I also had to wait more than once for over an hour. We are now looking for a new doctor.
Last time we were there we had to wait more than 1 hour an a half to be seen and when we were in the room doctor Kutler said she had to be fast because she had more patients to see..what about our time?? my husband was with me, he is an MD himself and was late to see his patients all because of this people who dont care about our time. Also we were there two times before and the doctors were rude and not very "people person" , something has to be done in that office..for now we are looking for a new pediatrician.
