RecommendedWe moved to Lafayette 2.5 years ago & the same doc. for nearly 35 years. Dr. Summers put us a ease & made us feel verly welcome. She asks good question concerning ut eye haalth.
Dr. Summers is really nice & helpful… however the office has scheduling issues. Each time I was there I didn’t get seen until 30 minutes-1 hour after my scheduled time. Thank God I didn’t have anything to do for the rest of the day.
Put simply, I was blind and now I see. A bit over the top perhaps but, thanks to Dr. Summers removing a cataract in my right eye plus some additional work on my cornea, I now have 20/20 vision in that eye and, for the first time in 15 years, read without the help of reading glasses. Even though technically speaking, I know the correction in my vision is due to advances in medical technology and science, but to me, it's a miracle... and I'm very grateful. Extremely so.
Dr Summers was a very attentive person. Listened closely and did what she needed to do to prepare me for cataract surgery. I am now ready for the right eye to be done and am excited that she is going to do the surgery
