I think she is hardworking and actually cares about her patients. She is serious and straight forward.
I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Pavone for a hysteroscopy, HSG, and endometrial biopsy, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. 5 years of infertility due to reaccurent early on miscarriages. She treated me as someone who can’t get pregnant. Years have passed with nothing good to remember.Multiple surgeries with no answer. I’m left with no hope in me to continue working with this doctor. If I could, if would have switched doctors a long time ago but now it’s too late.
I’d suggest seeing anyone else, and getting a second opinion. I switched clinics and had massively better results. She refuses to change treatment protocols or try new things. Additionally, her office staff is incompetent. Go anywhere else. Save yourself the headache.
Saw Pavone for IVF. She was scheduled dr at IVF clinic on day scheduled for my procedure. Bedside manner horrible & not empathetic/caring at all!! Very cold & short w/patients!! Many felt same!! She’s only one would NOT recommend. Does NOT explain what is happening, what to expect, or what is doing during procedure like drs do!! Had attitude & kept sending nurses out!? This review covers my experience with NW RE and Fertility Division from May 2017 -- Dec. 2017. It has taken me over a year to come to terms with my experience and feel comfortable sharing it as a warning for others. We first met with Dr. Pavone in May after two years of TTC; she was great and mild mannered but straight forward. I’m responding to give my impressions on Dr. Pavone’s bedside manner. She is definitely direct, but she is also meticulous, punctual, and considered in her care instructions. She listens and answers all questions thoroughly. Fertility treatment is all about timing and it’s an inexact science. Having a doctor who is as even-keeled as Dr. Pavone provides me with a sense of stability during the stressful process of fertility treatment.
Over the last 2 months my husband and I have met with numerous doctors at the NW fertility clinic and Dr. Pavone was definitely our favorite. She took time to explain what was going on and to answer all of our questions. She was also always on time which is very difficult to find in a doctor.
