Amazing knowledgeable and caring, don't know what else to say. Wish she had a better group of support staff, not pleasant to talk with ,they never smile . They deal with children you would imagine they would be trained how to deal with parents and children alike. They need new management, there is no one to speak to in charge who knows what is going on...has been that way for over a year or so. Every time you ask for a manger they say she left early, she is off...that has been since last year.
We love Dr Renna. She is so thorough never rushes you. Her knowledge and the way she explains things makes you feel so ease. I highly recommend.
Dr Renna is a caring doctor, be prepared to wait a little while to see her but when its your turn, she spends quality time with you. Staff is robotic at the front desk, the billing office is a nightmare to deal with. The charge person is nasty and doesn't give an inch. Deal with the main billing office in Corporate you get better results.
Looking back at the ratings on this page , apparently nothing has changed with staff, there seems to be no guidance from anyone. The rating from someone 2 years who walked in on 2 employees arguing , well they still don't work well together at each others throats. Isnt there supposed to be a manager overseeing them? Other than that Dr Renna is fantastic, no other doctor like her around, I have a special needs child she is always caring compassionate and dead on diagnosis. I give a 4 star rating for Dr Renna only ...her staff is terrible. There is a nasty older woman at the front desk with black hair, wont mention names. Everything is always a problem with her!!! I have stayed at this practice only for Dr Renna..but have a hard time getting an appointment.. her partners are by far inferior to her knowledge and caring attitude. Staff needs to be more friendly especially when calling for appointments. But Dr. Renna is wonderful! She is knowledgeable and caring. She dx my son with celiac disease after many drs missed it. I am so grateful to Dr. Renna and so happy we found her!
