First of all. Waited at the front desk for about 5 minutes before anyone even made eye contact. Only after I said something did someone acknowledge my arrival. There was one person who was very rude when I spoke up. Was taken back in a timely manner by a technician then was asked to step out of the room to sit and wait with more than 10 people. SHE KEEP PRESCRIBING WRONG EYE DROP TO MY SISTER TIL HER EYE WAS SHUT WENT BLIND IN THAT EYE.
While in NY I had an accident that damaged my Cornea. All other offices almost laughed when we said we need to get in today, it was an emergency (We had already been to the ER), Dr. Davidian's team dealt with us with compassion and care and 'squeezed' us in. Her staff is top notch. She performed a procedure on me that has recently been approved for cornea damage, and saw me through healing until we could drive back to Ohio. At age 77 I have seen a few ophthalmologists in my lifetime and have now come across what I believe to be one of the best in her field. Dr. Davidian of Highland Ophthalmology is a true professional. I have the highest respect for her and the skills that she possesses. One of the things that I like about Dr. Davidian is that before you leave she writes down on a medication form a list of what you should be taking and the dosage and instructions so that there is no confusion when you get home. Dr Davidian is one of the best in her field. She is kind, sympathetic and has her patient's best interests at heart. She is very knowledgeable and you can feel comfortable knowing she is taking the best care of you possible. She has years of experience in her field and is up on the latest techniques when it comes to cataract surgery.
