I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Was this provider's office clean? No, I didn't feel comfortable at all Was this pediatrician friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable or stupid

When I went in for the first time, they had messed up my appointment time and location. Because this was not my fault they were able to squeeze me in. I was not told that on this day the doctor was not in and my child would be seen by an associate. This was disappointing. We waited in the waiting room for 20-30 minutes then in an exam room , where my newborn was in nothing but a diaper and a blanket, for 45 minutes. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. This provider has helpful information available in their office which is really convenient. Dr. O really cares about the physical and mental well being of her patients and their parents/guardians.
