She is a scammer. She bills dental insurance and then bills the patient. You submit an explanation of benefits (EOB) to her office, they tell you everything is ok. Then you receive a letter from a collection agency years later. When you submit all documents again they tell you they just have the account and have nothing to do with the insurance. She is a fraud.
