As an out of towner I needed someone to help my Tail Bone Pain in a very short Notice. I was referred to Dr. Thai by my Back Doctor and I was able to be seen within 24 hours. Dr was precise in his explanation of the procedure. The Staff was diligent, courteous and polite. The office is clean and has everything in working order. Dr. Thai has a great bed side manner. I'd been to a different pain management specialist prior to seeing Dr. Thai but they weren't as thorough. When one thing didn't work, he didn't just shrug his shoulders and say "sorry, can't help" like the other place did. He was more thorough with my existing scans, ordered new ones, and seemed more knowledgeable than the other place. He was able to diagnose the actual pain points and find the correct treatment, which was a huge relief.
