I have had two appointments at Dr. Papagayo's office and have had a wonderful experience each time. The staff is friendly and warm. They answer all of my questions truthfully and respectfully. Kaleigh (probably misspelling her name) did my initial visit, and Nancy did my cleaning. Both employees were extremely helpful, giving me tips, and being very gentle and thoughtful during my procedures. This is a great dentist. Would absolutely recommend!

Most people hate going to the dentist but not me. Dr. Papagayo and his staff are professional, friendly and caring. I moved away for six years and upon my return to Springfield I immediately re-established my dental Care with Dr. Papagayo. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for great dental care.
Dr. Papagayo and his staff provide exceptional service! I’ve always had a fear of going to the dentist, but not since finding Dr Papagayo. I’ve been his patient for several years now. He is very patient, explains everything and never has hurt me when doing a procedure. I highly recommend Dr Papagayo and his staff.
My kids and I have been going to Dr. Papagayo for about 8 years now and I have referred a ton of people to his office based on how wonderful my experience has always been. Dr. Papagayo is an amazing dentist. I've been to several around the area and hes the one I will actually stick with. The others just want your money, try to sell you a bunch of stuff you can't afford, and dont actually treat your dental pain. Dr. Papagayo listens, and evaluates the source of the problem and actually cares about how you feel. That makes a big difference. A doctor that will actually listen. Love this guy! Thank you dr. The staff and Dr. Popaguyo do everything to make you feel comfortable answer all your questions and just overall make you feel good to be there.
They have great care and service called and got in the same day, everyone was very friendly
