Their accounting department is very messed up. The office cannot fill out paperwork correctly when submitting it to the inurance company. The insurance company keeps sending me the checks that should be going to the dentist which winds up being a time consuming and stressful mess as the dentist later bills me for the checks that come to me. It happened in 2024 and 2025 and after being assured it would be fixed in the office last year has just started up again in July of 2026. I needed a crown replacement. The procedure went very smooth. Dr. Pak is very considerate and professional. They use latest tech, got my crown ready in 20 min. No pain or discomfort during the procedure. Staff is friendly, check ins/ outs are easy and quick. No long wait times. Office management is well organized. Amazing place, exceptional team!!
