I have had a great experience at Neighborhood Medical Center. The staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming. PA Payton Smith took the time to listen, answer my questions, and explain things clearly without making me feel rushed. It’s reassuring to have a primary care provider who genuinely cares about their patients and their overall well-being. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a doctor who treats you with kindness, compassion, and respect.
I’ve been coming to this office for over three years, ever since I moved to Dallas, and I initially really appreciated the convenience of being able to come in without an appointment. Very disappointing experience with my annual checkup. The clinic takes in way too many patients at once, so the place feels overcrowded and rushed, with long wait times. The nurse had to draw blood from both arms, instead of being able to collect the sample properly from one arm. Later, I was told that my husband’s blood sample was missing, and they only contacted us 3–4 weeks later, asking him to come back and do the blood work again. Honestly, one of the worst experiences I’ve had for a routine annual checkup. I would not recommend this place. They seem to take in way too many patients at the same time, so the whole place feels rushed and overcrowded. Even getting a blood sample done took a very long time. couple of hours. We gave our blood sample on August 15th, and nobody contacted us.. Just to warn you. Please dont go to neighborhood clinic. They dont care for you. They have practitioners people that they dont know how to recognize a symptom to save patients life and doctors being there for a long time are Rude and dont like questions. Thanks to them, I went 3 times to emergency. That could it be avoid if they just just did right blood test. And that e-mail that Dr Martin send its a LIE. They never cobtact you. Don't waist your money and put your life in danger.
