They made me wait 2-3 hrs for an appointment that the doctor hadn’t even showed up for and don’t even call you about rescheduling appointments. Almost every time I’ve had to talk to them over the phone the lady was rude. I canceled an appointment and requested a call back for rescheduling and never received any calls

They take up to 2 hours to attend you. If your appointment is at 10 am they wont see you till 12 then have you waiting another 30 mins to an 1 hours in a room for the Doctor to only see you for 7-10mins it’s ridiculous the wait time. Other than that staff is super friendly super professional. They just need to work on there wait time and not schedule a lot of patients at once
Fantastic doctor. Horrific office management. I'm constantly without EXTREMELY important medication because they cannot figure out how to call in a prescription. Literally crying out of frustration because no matter how many times I call them, how many times I try to have the pharmacy call them, they just won't call in my prescriptions. If I can even get a hold of anyone. The vm for med refills are full, you can never seen to get a hold of a nurse, and the few times I've reached someone not only do I get a negative attitude ... read more
