This office management is really bad. They do not care about patient time. They make you wait for a long time and after 45 minutes wait. They tell you the Dr is too busy and the PA will see you. When I specific clearly on the phone. I only want to see the Doctor. Why give you an-appointment?. Why not informed me when I arrived. Why make me wait 45 minutes? They do not care. Obviously
When I first started noticing frown lines, I decided to take the leap and be proactive about them. From word of mouth I was recommended to visit Dr. Rendon and I have never looked back. She was a breath of fresh air. Very knowledgeable and noticeably an expert! I will trust no one else. I highly recommend!
Everyone in the office is suoer friendly and knowledgable. The Doctor is great and answered all my questions.
