If all you want is Pain Medication & are willing to pay out of pocket this is your man. I had Mediciad, every visit cost me $100. for a Script nothing more. He even makes Medicare Patients sign that they won’t fill with insurance. A couple of my visits there was no water, bathrooms or heat. It’s nothing more than a licensed drug salesman.

This place is nothing but a pill mill. Check no vitals, no procedures, no nothing but pills. So many times I've had my script brought to waiting room and didn't even see no one. And he stopped taking any insurance so they can pocket your 150.00 unless it's gone up. I turned them in to DEA. That doctor is as crooked as they come. No wonder the high reviews.
