Dr. Dwivedi first treated me in the hospital for joint sepsis. His bed side manner was calming, reassuring and he explained and answered all my questions. Continuing treatment for several weeks after my hospital stay, Dr. Dwivedi in the office was beyond professional and personal. I could not recommend Dr. Dwivedi more! He was beyond caring and is responsible for helping me get back to health.

The thing that got me about Dr. Dwivedi was his absolute knowledge of his area of medicine, Infectious Disease. I was referred to him by another doctor who stated, 'He saved my life,' so I was already expecting someone 'special'. But I was still floored by his ability to think outside the box and to cover ALL the bases. He wasn't going to simply treat; he was go 'investigate' .I went to him for Lyme disease. Triage nurse rude and on power trip. Very cold speaking.
I absolutely have nothing but respect for Doctor McManus. He helped me get better several years ago when I was hospitalized for pneumonia and the flu. I have continued to use him since and will continue. I can handle waiting a little bit when you have an appointment. It is more like if it was you and you had an issue that he took the time to explain rather than letting you guess how to handle it. I did not know what to think. My previous doctor retired and I don't like change so was a rocky start was a rough start. we both were persistent, and wore each other down. Now I enjoy going for my visits. I like him and I would recommend that people go to him. He takes the time to get to know his patients. His staff is also fantastic.
I have been going to Dr. Kallich since she started at ID Care. I like how she doesn't rush through my exam and will go to great lengths to truly learn all about my health needs. She referred me to excellent specialists when needed. When I was ill she knew exactly what to give me to make me feel better .
Easy to set up the appointment. The staff is great.The doctor spent enough time with me. Felt much better after I met Dr Dwivedi
Was sent for by my PCP to help with a complicated infection. Dr Dwivedi was able to get to the bottom of it and was very thorough in his care. Great team at ID Care!
