A routine annual visit. Pleasant staff, professional but friendly. Appointment was on time.
When I called because of my complaint, the office was able to see me the same day. I did not have to wait. Both the office staff and nurse practitioner were understanding.
My experience was great. All the Staff was awesome. Jean who saw me and examined me was awesome and great and an asset to your Staff. She made me feel so wonderful and I felt so comfortable talking to her. When Jean examined me, she was wonderful and caring. I didn't feel any pain. She did a marvelous job when she examined me. The entire staff was amiable and accommodating. My anxieties were calmed. Dr. Bornt was especially thoughtful. The yellow rose was so nice!
Staff was very friendly and professional. I had a few questions that the doctor was more than happy to answer for me. I got all that needed to be done in a very timely manner. I was very pleased with my visit. Trying to find a parking spot was very frustrating though. Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
Had a routine yearly internal examination.
Everyone was pleasant and respectful. Made me comfortable. I would definitely return to this practice.
