My first visit to this office was last week and I could not be more pleased. Dr. Marra was great and the customer service was awesome. I will be returning!
Far and away the worst customer service I have received, and also the funniest. Last time I ordered new lenses for my glasses they were the wrong prescription. Now they have ordered me the wrong contacts 3 times. The first time it was the wrong prescription, second time wrong eye, brand and style, third time they reordered the original wrong order. Never once has Dr. Marra "hustled" me through an appointment, yet I rarely wait for more than a few minutes to see him. His up-to-date doctoring diagnosed my ocular migraines, he has provided my failing eyesight with one reliable set of glasses after another, and his pleasant staff have helped selected some of the most "killer" eyewear ever (including a brilliant pair of orange spectacles). Prices are reasonable and performance is exceptional ... why would I go anywhere else?
The BEST eye doctor in Toledo. I've been seeing the doctors at this practice since I was fitted for my first pair of glasses in third grade, and now I'm 36 and still love every pair I've received from them. Also, the staff is great! Dane is always attentive to every question or concern that my family and I have had while deciding on our frames and lenses. Thank you for everything you guys have done for us over the years.
