Dr. Flanagin and his staff are very welcoming and take time to explain any procedure. Step by Step. His main concern is everyone's safety in these trying times and preserving/improving oral health. My crown today was painfree and my care was important to them. JoAnn the office manager is always great explaining pricing and insurance options.
