I went to my appointment with Dr Flanagin and as usual the staff and he were very professional and friendly. Instead of being like a lot of my friends I actually look forward to going to the dentist.
As always, a great visit to the office. During this time with COVID, it was great to see all of the precautions the office is taking to not only protect their patients, but the staff as well.
I had a crown come off in the evening, called in the morning and they recemented it that day with no problems. I appreciate them taking Covid precautions seriously. My family has been happy with our dental care from Dr. Flanagin and his staff for almost 15 years.
The hygenist was very caring and professional. She explained how to properly use my electric toothbrush and the benefits of using a water pump. I felt at ease in regards to safety considering the Covid pandemic.

The staff is always friendly and considerate anytime I visit the office. I really appreciate the extra steps they are taking during this pandemic to make clients feel comfortable!!
