I appreciated that the office was able to squeeze me in for a biopsy on short notice — that part of the experience was efficient and helpful. However, I was disappointed by how things were handled afterward. My doc just referred me to Dr Waldman, but I won’t be making an appointment. Last year, I drove my mom into an appointment with this doctor in La Grange, but the office was closed! Multiple calls later, I ended up talking to someone at a different location who referred me back to the La Grange office. They just flat ignore my calls. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, PICK A DIFFERENT PRACTICE!
