i met with dr. peter’s today and found him very friendly, kind, and compassionate. all of the staff i interacted with were the same. if you’re ever referred to him you can know you’re in good hands.
Dr. Peters is highly competent and the best of his kind in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. When we asked about office procedures, we were told that the office is corporately owned and billing is corporately mandated. The doctors have no control over that aspect.
As of July 2018, you cannot pay your bill from this doctor online even though your invoice will say you can.
This Dr office claimed insanely high (almost like a fraud amount) with my insurance company then billed me a big balance. Other similar Drs charge not even half of they charged for the same type of service and treatment ( I did research and survey, it's the fact). AVOID this Dr and office as you can. Patients are customers and we always have choices.
