Dr Mark Hooten billed me as “out of network “ service provider even though the facility he works at is listed as in- network facility. Not fair, especially the Anesthesia association of Rock Hill where he works at didn’t let me know in advance that Dr Hooten will be billing me as “out of network” provider.
