My pediatrician only refers us to wonderful practitioners, and Dr. Wallen lived up to that. My son had been prescribed orthotics several years prior, but when we moved (and his feet grew), we dropped the ball. Dr. Wallen picked right up and created wonderful orthotics for my son who is a competitive high school basketball player. My son's knee issues are gone since using Dr. Wallen's orthotics! Dr. Wallen is wonderful, caring, and pragmatic. He also worked on my own feet and was very gentle.

I called 1 hour before my appointment and asked if there were any forms I would need to fill out prior to arrival and that I would be paying in cash. I was told 1 form about demographic information.I arrived 10 min before my appointment and was handed several forms that needed to be filled out. Complete contradiction to what I was told an hour prior over the phone. An argument ensued about what I was actually told. I had a very busy day and was attempting to streamline the process. A horrible experience in which he performed an unnecessary painful procedure. He is more of a salesman than a doctor. A good salesman. Once he had the authorization from the insurance company he convinced me that I had no options. When the procedure failed he told me that my body probably healed itself. His "work" Left me in months of pain. He should be a vet.

Dr. Wallen is an extremely caring and knowledgeable Podiatrist. I was especially impressed with the group's use and understanding of Cold Laser Therapy, with the newest equipment available. It is too early to tell if the Laser will work for me, but it has helped many others.

I had a upsetting,and horrific experience with Dr. Wallen. I went in to simply get my toenails, clipped, and without any prior notice to me, and without numbing my toes, first, he cut into the two corners of my big toe, which bled. I had yelled, ouch, as he made a first cut, and he disregarded me, and then went on to make a second cut. I was in shock and pain! I am a diabetic, and can so easily be prone to infection. The Dr. knew I was a Diabetic, for I had told him. He is not good to go to!
