Dr. Shatner is a very good doctor very kind person explains everything very well to you and address all your questions and concerns which is very unlike other doctors and I appreciate this very much his staff is very good and very kind and they help you if you need help with anything and the wait time was very short I highly recommend him if you have any digestive problem at all thank you Denise

I received the rather frightening diagnosis of colon cancer and was referred to Dr Schachner for surgery. Upon seeing him in the office I was immediately put at ease and felt all would go well. Surgery was done robotically and indeed my post op course has gone very smoothly. I highly recommend Dr Schachner.
I needed Laparoscopic Gallbladder Removal and Dr. Shachner was highly recommended by another physician. After meeting with Dr. Shachner, to discuss my surgery, I was put at ease right away. He is very honest, patient, and professional. I had the procedure about a week ago and am recovering wonderfully. I understand why he has such a great reputation. If you need a surgeon, I would also highly recommend that you seek him out.
As a longtime patient continually accompanied by her husband for two surgeries and regular monitoring, we are delighted to give Dr. Mark Shachner the highest recommendation and praise. Dr. Shachner has outstanding credentials. He is highly skilled and very knowledgeable. Dr. Shachner is medically conservative and cautious, and he also has a keen eye for making critical, on-the-spot surgical decisions. In addition, his friendly staff members are competent, caring, and very helpful.
Dr. Shachner and his office staff are very up-beat and competent. Although he appears to be rushed, I found that he makes every effort to be sure you are well informed and confident in the outcomes. I tried a newer procedure - The Linx. I am, at this point, several weeks after the procedure, that I made the right choice. However, I was not happy with the fact that the staff of the only hospital nearby that was equipped to do the surgery was not better prepared.
Dr Shachner is the best. He changed my life. I had a hiatal hernia repaired and the Linx procedure done 6 weeks ago. Before surgery I was always in discomfort and pain. After surgery I am like a different person. It's great feeling good and not having to worry about eating and the after affects. Thank you Dr Shachner. I highly recommend Dr Shachner.
I recently had a hernia repair by Dr Shachner. He is a pleasant and positive guy, but he doesn't show a ton of personality. However, if the bottom line is you want to get healed, this is someone that produced for me.
I had to go with a family member to see Dr shachner for what we thought was gallbladder issues... Dr Shachner was very curtious and professional... he listened to our concerns and his bedside manner was top notch... I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Shachner... ALSO his staff is above and beyond any other Dr office I have visited....
