Dr. Dorfman is okay, but do not trust Eye Surgery Associates . They do not disclose real prices. The facility that they chose for us told us 4 times they will only charge us $181. Then a month later the facility sends a new made up bill for $907. Eye Surgery Associates says they have nothing to do with that, and say call the facility that THEY REQUIRE you to use. But when we call the facility they don't care, and say they can change the price to whatever they want. So, nobody helps.
Dr. Dorfman is great, but don’t order your child’s glasses from the office. The optical department is awful. After being told my son needed glasses I decided to order them from their optical department to ensure proper fit and prescription. I have to say I am so disappointed with this department, after many phone calls and waiting ten days our glasses are still not ready. I called and spoke to the optical department manager, who now told me they would be in on Monday, almost two weeks after I pl

My daughter was referred to Dr Dorfman by her pediatrician due to strabismus. She has seen him since she was 4 months old and the entire experience has been outstanding. His entire staff and Dr Dorfman himself are amazing professionals. My daughter ended up needing surgery to correct her strabismus and I couldn't recommend a better environment not only for my daughter but for an anxious mom too. She is now close to 18 months and wouldn't think of taking her anywhere else.

My son has been seeing Dr. Dorfman since he was 3 months old. Ten years later and he is still the best. His professionalism and thorough patient care is why we travel over an hour to see him. His staff have always been very kind and helpful!
