Dr. Pellow has been my extended family (atleast 20 members) and my family’s Doctor for almost 30 years. He is an Angel! Very thorough, knowledgeable, helpful and follows up by phone calls from his personal time! I am over 70 years old and have never seen a more professional yet extremely caring Doctor like him! Some of these reviews on Dr Pello are misleading and wrong. What does rude receptionist have to do with one of the best GP in Ontario. So let me tell you don’t listen to these rude and wrong people. I have seen Dr Pellow for 30 plus years. My Mom, Dad, Son all have been with him. Dr Pellow worked as an Emergency Doctor before owning his own practice. He has so much care and knowledge. The receptionist here are the rudest, you can call them if you want to ruin your mood with their rude way of talking. Pathetic! Giving a single star because it is mandatory otherwise wouldn’t have given that as well!
The receptionist is incredibly rude. They never pick up the phone and the call queue is always full. Takes a month to get an appointment. Avoid at a costs.
