Urgent care E-visit for a sinus problem and he did not even review my symptoms properly. I reported no cough and he diagnosed me with acute cough. He gave me no treatment and told me to wait it out- which seems to be urgent care’s response anytime I try to get help for a sinus problem. No matter what symptoms I have, I’m told it’s viral in nature and given no treatment for it. Such a waste of time and money.
