Dr. Cavalenes himself comes across as a really nice, caring, and highly competent doctor. However, the office is a disaster. It seems like no one knows what the others have done. They failed to follow up with my insurance company, causing extreme delays in treatment and diagnosis. One example: my insurance declined and requested an MRI. I called the office to ask if I should still come in for a follow-up, as the appointment was intended to discuss the results of the MRI. They said, "Yes, you should come in anyway."
