Yes. Dr Mackey spends time with you and explains everything about your situation and X-ray if taken. He gives you choices to choose for your care if indicated I had my hip done April 7 and outcome is perfect. Today it was an ongoing shoulder issue. Satisfied with visit.

Dr. Mackey is very professional and explains things clearly. He makes sure I am comfortable with the diagnosis and the plan going forward before I leave the office. His staff is always pleasant and courteous. I truly appreciate the ability to register online ahead of time to save time in the office.
