Dr. Kayanja performed my 360 degree adult spinal revision surgery with titanium instrumentation in December of 2021. I needed my previous scoliosis fusion from 1975 corrected. I am so grateful to have had him as my surgeon. He did a fantastic job and as a result, I have been pain free, have lots of energy and stand straight again. He was always so caring and took the time to explain everything clearly. He changed my life and I can never thank him enough!
