Best Eye Dr in South Texas
He is definitely different. In a positive way. He never rushes and explains as he goes He is kind and listens to me. You can easily see he honestly Cares. That is hard to find these days.
He is my Optometrist and Wife’s also. He listens to us and is very knowledgeable and Kind. I highly recommend Him !!
I will never go to another optometrist as long as Dr Tappan is practicing. That says it all.
Found out I do not need cataracts removed I needed to take out the corrections for astigmatism from my contacts and glasses. I now see perfect !!!!
