His staff is wonderful. His concept of your time does not exist. He is very self consumed and the while he warned me the surgery I was undergoing had a 5% failure rate, one eye FAILED. I have permanent scars on both my eyes. My husband often expresses his disappointment at me undergoing this surgery as it scared my eyes. He was a referral from my eye doctor and I should have done more research. Do your research! Don't just pick him because your insurance covers him.

Dr. Mazow performed surgery on a blocked & infected tear duct. All went well & I had great confidence in his abilities plus he is pleasant & seems genuinely concerned about the well being of his patients. He explained things very well so I would understand what to expect. A week after surgery he removed the stitches then a month after that he removed the balloon stint. He was gentle & understanding of my discomfort. I am now waiting for all the swelling to subside. It was all positive!
Dr. Mazow treated my daughter for a closed tear-duct. I was nervous and he was so great at easing those fears for not only my daughter, but also for me. He's a very nice man as well as a great physician. I thought his staff at his office and his surgery center were completely far beyond my expectations. His staff at the surgery center were very informative and compassionate.
My entire experience with Dr. Mazow was exceptional from initial appointment through surgery and the recovery period. Dr. Mazow and his entire staff were extremely professional, yet personable and accommodating. My procedure was thoroughly explained to me prior to surgery. The surgery experience was outstanding and recovery was speedy and complete. I most strongly recommend Dr. Mazow to anyone.
My experience with Dr. Mazow was delightful and very productive. He made a change in my eye lids with out plastic surgery. And for that I am forever grateful. I have had comments about my face and people do not know why I look more youthful! He was very professional with me and with the staff at the surgery center. I would and have recommended him to my personal family and close friends. I was dreading the surgery and the recovery was not what I had expected.
