I have been meaning to write this for a while now. Dr. Krakhauer far exceeded my expectations. Not only is he an excellent surgeon, but he was available to me when I had questions after he did my surgery to correct a blocked tear duct. His cell phone number was included on the discharge instructions so I was able to ask him questions, as they arose, while I was recuperating at home. I had a basal cell carcinoma below my lower eyelid. Dr. Krakauer performed the restoration by grafting skin from my chest to the area below my eyelid. He did a superb job, he was kind and gentle. He gave me his cell phone number if I needed him and he personally answered a call from me at 8:30 in the morning. I sincerely and highly recommend Dr. Krakauer. He is highly qualified and very personable.
