I don't think I have ever waited beyond 5 minutes of my appointment time. That is almost unheard of in the medical industry. Dr. Klopenstine and his staff are very friendly and do their jobs well. That explains the only negative of Shiland: It can take forever to get appointments due to the amount of people they provide for. They do however have a cancellation list and they will call you if something opens up. Overall this is a fantastic dental office.
I had one visit so far with DR Klopenstine and so far also have been very impressed with him. He took time at first to get to know me and then did the exam very thoroughly. I hope I continue to be this pleased with switching to this practice. And I have no reason to doubt that I will. Everyone was extremely kind here. That to me goes a long way toward real professionalism.
I have sent many friends to see him. He's the best. Hygentists are great. Wonderful atsmosphere.
I had my first appointment with Shiland Dentistry today. I have been looking for a dentist since moving and I wish someone had told me about them. The experience was professional and friendly.
Eveeryone there was extremely nice and professional. Enjoyed my visit, and I don't say that lightly. Dr. Klopenstine was very informative about how we were going to go about my treatment. Very nice office as well!
Dr. K. has great chairside manner and never seems to rush you. I've had noble metal crown and multiple fillings done. Cares about your teeth. Hygienists are gentle, but very competent. They seem to have skills above the norm. One made a perfect temporary tooth for me. I also love Dr. Shah, who is there Mondays.
