I have had an excellent clinical experience with Dr. Krell and also appreciate the office staff (that works very hard). Dr. Krell is experienced, practical, and a very good communicator. He is decisive yet balanced with his recommendations, and appropriately cautious with medications and procedures. This is an “old school” practice, and I appreciate the staff is managing some volume so are under strain (I’m sure they are overworked and underpaid). We came with dad and the receptionist was very rude with us, they should not have people with that attitude working at this places, awful customer service
