Dr. Cassidy and Yelena are a 5 star team. They have always been flexible with my schedule and are just great to talk to when I'm there. I had switched to them from another orthodontist back in April who was just not making good progress, but as soon as I switched to Dr. Cassidy he got my teeth back on track and we're making good progress again! The office is always clean and put together. When you walk in you feel welcomed. Dr. Cassidy always explains anything new that might added to your smile which is very helpful. Yalina, the receptionist, is very kind and I always have the best conversations with her. They are amazing at making sure your appointments work with your schedule and are flexible. Dr. Cassidy also has done a fantastic job with my smile. So, if you are looking for an orthodontist in the Centennial area, you should give Dr. Cassidy a try!
Dr Cassidy and Yalina are THE BEST!!! They go above and beyond in everything they do. My questions are always thoroughly answered, and bottom line is I know they both care... It's obvious in how they treat us! Dr Cassidy is currently treating 3 of my kids with one of those being damage control from a poorly done job by another local orthodontist. I have total confidence in Dr. Cassidy and thoroughly enjoy Yalina! I cannot say enough good things about this office!
