I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Cassidy’s office and Yalina! My son’s bracket came loose Friday night, and we are scheduled to leave town on Sunday. I contacted the office hoping for some guidance, and even though the practice is closed on Saturday, Yalina went completely out of her way to meet us and fix it. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help on her day off truly exceeded our expectations. It’s rare to find a team that cares so much about their patients. Thank you so much! 10/10 would recommend!
First daughter went to a different orthodontist and it was a very difficult journey on all fronts. Second daughter saw Dr Cassidy for braces and it was an entirely different, very, very, positive experience from the receptionist, billing, through every appointment for treatment with Dr Cassidy - but especially for how great the results were. Wholeheary recommend.
