One star for the ease of getting an appointment and office staff friendliness. As for Dr. Henry, 0 stars. He is rude, arrogant and dismissive. He made rude comments about a doctor that I had previously seen and left the exam room to take a phone call, with no indication that he was returning or not. There are a great deal of excellent hand surgeons in Houston, do not sure where his superior attitude arises from! Would not ever recommend.
I was referred to Dr. Henry by my 2 brothers that had great success with carpal tunnel surgery. I traveled over 100 miles to see Dr. Henry. He was very professional, office staff very professional and friendly, I am very pleased with my carpal tunnel surgery. I could tell right after surgery the relief I had in my fingers it was so amazing! I new I was going to have pain but used ice and didn't have to take any pain pills, the pain was gone within an hour and had very little pain the next day,
I saw Dr. Henry in September 2017 for a finger Injury that had become badly infected. He effectively managed the infection and ultimately fixed the wound saving my finger. I am very happy with the outcome. I thought I would lose the finger. Dr. Henry was extremely professional and instilled great confidence in me throughout the process. He thoroughly explained all options and sequence of events at each step. His office staff was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend him.
Very happy with my experience with Dr Henry. I fell and had a horrible and painful accident. He came down to the hospital late at night to treat me. I am very grateful! He is wonderful. Now my arm is 100% recovered!!!! Thank you!!!!
Dr Mark Henry did a great job treating my wife and our son. They both had nasty accidents and were able to get seen by him quickly, given treatment options, and each have perfect outcomes, thankfully, where they are now good as new. Thanks Dr Henry!
